To help motivate us to do some Easter decorating, here's our weekly Pinspiration:
Peep Party Favors
For both children and adults, we absolutely love this fun idea that can be used as a party favor or even as cute gifts for a kid's classroom. And if the cuteness factor isn't enough, it only takes a minute to put one of these together - take sticks (purchased from a crafts store), slide 3-4 Peeps on, alternating colors, cover with cellophane, and tie with a cute ribbon or string.
Easy Easter Egg Centerpiece
For a quick and elegant Easter-inspired table centerpiece, we love the idea of using pastel dyed eggs, along with ribbon, or alternately flowers, and displaying them on a pretty cake stand. It's a simple DIY centerpiece that can quickly anchor any table.
Thread Wrapped Easter Eggs
A great find from Martha Stewart, thread wrapped eggs are a fun way to re-invent traditional Easter Egg dying. Use neon thread (so that there's more of a contrast to the color of the dyed eggs) to wrap each egg after it's dried, threading the loose end under the last piece of wrapped thread and finish with a dab of glue or rubber cement to keep it in place.
