And one not-so-easy idea.
because Valentine’s Day is on a weekday this year, doesn’t mean you can’t share
a quick and fun breakfast in bed. Save the prep time for the ultra-licious Bob’s Red Mill Aebleskivers (a Danish breakfast pastry sort of like a tender pancake, except round, and served with fruit or syrup and powdered sugar), pictured at right, for a luxurious weekend or holiday.
Of course, once you get all
the ingredients… and the right pan. How do you eat them? You just dive right in with your fork.
Or, you can turn
on the coffee pot, mix up two lovely
granola and yogurt parfaits with some fresh fruit in a pretty wine glass
and jump back in bed with your Valentine to enjoy.
with some heart-shaped strawberries
to get the full Valentine’s Day effect.
Let us know your favorite breakfast in bed idea!
