It's hip to be square these days. Judging from the popularity of bold rectangles in dishes, chunky shoes, crisp lines in furniture... looks like the trendsetters have taken their T-squares to the bathroom. I mean their computer drawings, who's used a T-square in the last 20 years?
Anyway, rectilinear shapes are showing up in the shower, the faucets, the toilets and even the drains. For a very bold, very modern look, as tight and sharp as a perfect pencil line - I mean grout line, and as clean and pure as a bathroom should be, think square.
You won't need a ruler, everything should fit. The designers also figured out how to attach a square fixture to a round pipe and make it all work out fine.
Until next time!
