Design Tips - Tools for Choosing Colors

It's time to paint! You've set aside the time, but, now, where to start with choosing colors? Sherwin Williams, makers of quality paints, has a very helpful website for you with tips and trends.

Every season, they put together a series of beautiful palettes of the latest colors. Use all, or part, or just be inspired to make some chances in your own house!

Quoted directly from their website:

Sherwin-Williams Today's Colors takes cues from the hues of the past to paint the way to the future.

“In uncertain times, we find comfort in the memories and traditions that provide us with a sense of solid ground,” said Jackie Jordan, director of color marketing for Sherwin-

Williams. “Color plays a key role in triggering our nostalgia, and our Today’s Colors collection is a rediscovery of the styles, textures, patterns ― and hues ― of the past."

The 24 shades selected by Sherwin-Williams color experts are grouped into four palettes: Rooted, Treasured, Simplified and Refreshed.
